Alana Ryan

Since being admitted to practice in 2009, Alana has built a diverse legal career, more recently specialising in employment law, safety and compliance, and human resources. She has represented both employers and employees, frequently appearing before the Fair Work Commission, Federal Circuit Court of Australia, and VCAT.
Alana’s experience extends beyond her current focus, having previously practiced in contract law, commercial law, family law, wills and probate. She is also a strong advocate for alternative dispute resolution.
In addition to her legal practice, Alana serves as a lecturer and tutor at RMIT University. Her commitment to education, training, and empowering others with legal knowledge reflects her dedication to helping individuals navigate complex legal issues.
